Usually aggro from the closest group. If so, the second group (60 km) aggroes your drones, but otherwise not unless shot at. If the 1st group doesn't aggro, shooting it will aggro the second group as well.

3 groups, insta aggro from the rightmost and closest group on warp in. Middle and left hand groups both 100km away. Attacking the Middle group does not aggro the Left hand group. Attacking the Left group aggros the middle group.
Both the left and middle groups aggro'd when you close to within 75 km.

In the final pocket kill the left group with the Battleships (100km).

May want to use an microwarp for this mission, as some of the groups are far away. If you are in a long range boat, such as a Raven with Cruise missiles, throw on a sensor booster for extra targeting range. Then you can sit back and pick them off before they can hit you.
